How this list works
We list team results only, with a link to where we read them. We do not use photos of real coaches or players, and we do not make videos of them. The list is a caption idea for your own video with your own friends.
Create your video
1Your photo
Put your whole group chat or team in the band. Add a photo for each seat you want to swap; empty seats keep the stage band.
One adult per photo, face clearly visible. Everyone in the photos must agree to it. The band version is 18 seconds with the original performance sound and takes about 8–12 minutes.
1Your photo
Best results: one adult, face clearly visible and facing the camera, even light, head and shoulders in frame. Avoid group photos, sunglasses and heavy filters. Your video keeps the original performance sound.
2Who is singing?
Make the losing coaches Tiny Desk with your friends
Put your group chat in the band: Band mode swaps up to 5 people (lead vocals, keys, sax, back left, back right) in one 18-second video with the real "Outstanding" sound. Caption it with this week's result.
When it updates
Every Monday during the college football, NFL and NBA seasons. The date in the table shows the last check.
FAQ: can I make a video of a real coach?
No. Only photos of yourself or adults who agreed to it, never to impersonate someone. That keeps the joke on your friends, not on real people who did not sign up for it.
