About Tiny Desk AI App

Last updated: 2026-10-27

What we make

Tiny Desk AI App is an independent fan tool for the viral Tiny Desk AI trend. Upload one photo and we put you behind the mic in a 12-second close-up from Charlie Wilson's real "Outstanding" Tiny Desk performance, keeping its original sound.

How it works

Upload one photo, check your free preview, and our AI puts you behind the mic in the real performance. Videos are generated with Wan 2.2 Animate by Alibaba, and previews with Google's Nano Banana. Every finished video is labeled as AI-generated.

Who we are

Tiny Desk AI App is run by a small independent team. We are not affiliated with NPR, NPR Music, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band or any record label. Payments are handled by Waffo as merchant of record.

How we write our guides

Every guide on this site is written by the team, dated, and updated when facts change. Facts about the concert come from NPR Music; facts about the trend come from its coverage, such as The Athletic. Competitor prices in our comparison are checked on each site and dated.
